Anna Spyrou is an awarded writer/director and producer based in Los Angeles. She was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She holds a BA in Graphic Design, and a certificate in Film Directing. After working in advertising as graphic designer, for a decade, she became fascinated by the power of visual storytelling and decided to pursue a career in film. Anna has worked on a number of short films as a writer, director, assistant director, producer, script supervisor, editor, and production designer. She is currently in development of the awarded feature film script Meteora as a co-director and a co-producer. She also has in post-production her documentary Kalado: More from Each Other, which shot in Switzerland, France, and Greece.
